as a single man and a busy professional with a hectic schedule, Tingl has been a lifesaver. The meals are not only healthy but also delicious. It saves the daily headache of either what to cook or what to order.

Tingl aligns perfectly with my fitness goals as a gym freak.......portions are just right...... for the first time ever my cheat meals have almost stopped, not an easy task!!

I have struggled for years to find good healthy food. Either it was not tasty or sometimes very expensive or sometimes fake healthy.
