yes, we deliver on sundays as well.

we have complete flexibility for delivery addresses. we make 2 deliveries a day. we can make them wherever you want within the boundary limit, of course.

you can change or cancel your meals 48 hours before. changes after that will only be accepted if it is feasible.

in the morning between 8-11am

we will pause the subscription for the duration of your trip (maximum of 15 days). you can resume it whenever you come back. to make sure that this does not affect your program, our nutritionists will guide you as to what meals you should have on your trip.

please note that you can initiate a refund 72 hours in advance and we will be charging you for the meals for two days after you opt for a refund.

we give you flexibility in terms of choosing meal plan according to your preference. you can choose just min 1 meal to max 4 meal and we will help you manage the rest of the meals.

your allergies will be noted by us before setting up your personalized meal plan

we serve chicken, egg, fish, and prawns in our non-veg meal plans.

not necessary. but it is of course recommended to have them handy as it helps the nutritionist understand your health and medical conditions in detail to prescribe the diet accordingly.
